What is it?

Directed coaching is my one-on-one, completely personalized and highly recommended online coaching option. 

What all do I get?

A fully customized training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and training experience.

Unlimited communication with me.

Prompt technique reviews and annotations on your training.

A dedicated coach who will prioritize your training and well-being while also holding you accountable. 

How Does It Work?

I gather initial information through the "Athlete Questionnaire" and then create a training block designed specifically for you. After each training block is finished, you will fill out the "End of Block Questionnaire" so we can continue to collaborate on refining your training to meet your needs. 

Who is this For?

I don't care if you have zero training experience or have been lifting for a decade. It doesn't matter if you are training for sport or for a powerlifting competition. I will create training for any goals.

What does matter, is that you do your job. If you cannot fully commit to a training program then this is not for you.
